Gena is an Ohio native that spent much of her life in
Tennessee. She had been a teacher at Westport Middle School in
Ocala, Florida for the last three years. Now she is a
teacher of gifted children at Belleview Middle
School.

| Getting out of bed is not always easy.
Especially when you have 230 pounds of Airedales laying on
you. That is Rita in front, with Clara, Ellie and Trudy.

Here is Gena being used as furniture by Ellie as Rita tries to
get her to play with a toy. Ellie is 74 pounds and just
doesn't understand why she isn't still a snuggly little lap dog.
|
|
| Gena has other interests besides
Airedales. She is passionate about horses and will ride
any horse anytime. Here she is riding a paint horse with
an English saddle, which is probably illegal in Montana.
From the turn she is making, it appears she is practicing for
barrel racing.

|
|
|
Gena also draws, sculpts and writes a pretty good poem. The black leather jacket is an accessory
often used by artists. This particular one says "Travels
With Mr. Woofer - The Airedale from hell"
