LATE APPLICANTS: Applicants registering after May 1 will be placed on a waiting list and a $50 late application fee will be assessed. If we are unable to place you, you will receive a full refund.

Please adhere to the payment schedule to avoid the $50 late fee. The post office post mark determines the effective date. Payments must be made by check or in the form of a cashier's check.
